We are honored to share that Engausa Global Tech Hub has been officially inducted as a member of the newly established National Digital Literacy Technical Working Committee (TWC) by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
The formal inauguration took place during the National Digital Literacy Stakeholders Workshop held from 29th to 30th April 2025 at Fraser Suites, Abuja. The committee is tasked with supporting the national drive to achieve 95% digital literacy across Nigeria by 2030.
DBI Appointed as Chair of the Committee
During the event, the Director-General of NITDA, Dr. Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, officially appointed David Daser, CEO of Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), as Chairman of the Technical Working Committee.
Other members of the committee include Cisco, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), SMEDAN, and several other notable organizations in the country’s digital ecosystem.

Engausa Hub’s Role
Engausa Global Tech Hub joins this strategic committee to contribute to national digital literacy policies, frameworks, and grassroots programs. This milestone further recognizes Engausa Hub’s consistent efforts in Inclusive Skills Development.
Next Steps
The Technical Working Committee will coordinate national digital literacy initiatives, monitor progress, and foster collaborations that will collectively advance Nigeria toward achieving its 95% digital literacy target by 2030.
This appointment follows Engausa Hub’s earlier selection as a member of the ICT Sector Skills Council under the Nigeria Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) reaffirming our growing influence in shaping Nigeria’s digital future.
