Engausa Hub’s Exhibition At ACF’s 25th Anniversary

Engausa Global Tech Hub, led by CEO Engr. Mustapha Habu Ringim, had the privilege of participating in the 25th Anniversary celebration of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) on Saturday in Kaduna State.

The event brought together notable dignitaries, statesmen and leaders from across the country. Engausa Hub’s team showcased both the products and the impact the hub has achieved over the last eight years.

Speaking on this impact, Engr. Ringim highlighted that Engausa Hub has successfully trained and graduated 8,281 students from diverse backgrounds across all northern states and three states in the south. Many of these graduates have gone on to establish their own companies, while others have secured meaningful employment in reputable organisations.

The team also exhibited several innovative products developed by the Engausa Fabrication Lab, including:

  • IoT Smart Home Automation Device
  • Rechargeable Lamps
  • Power Banks
  • E-attendance Devices
  • Access Control Devices

Engr. Ringim further explained how Engausa overcame critical barriers facing young learners. Language challenges were addressed through the adoption of local-language instruction. Geographical and gender barriers inspired the creation of Engausa Academy, an e-learning platform designed for people who cannot attend in-person classes but still want to acquire valuable technical skills.

During an engagement with the Kano State Government delegation, the Deputy Governor of Kano State, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, commended Engr. Ringim and the Engausa team. He described Engausa Hub as a pioneer in advancing a movement the world is only now embracing: technology education through local-language instruction.

He also expressed the government’s readiness to collaborate with Engausa Hub to expand access to technology and digital skills training across the state, with a special focus on underserved communities.

As Engausa Global Tech Hub continues to innovate, train and empower young people across the region, we are able to see that, the journey toward a more skilled, self-reliant and digitally empowered North has already begun, and Engausa Hub remains committed to partnering with governments, institutions and stakeholders to expand this impact even further.
