Today on the Engausa Podcast, Engr. Mustapha Habu Ringim sat down with Muhammad Almustapha Rabiu, a young innovator whose passion for technology has shaped his remarkable journey.

Muhammad first came to Engausa Global Tech Hub through his Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme. As a student of technical college, he recognised that Engausa Hub was the ideal place to complement his academic knowledge with hands-on, industry-relevant skills. During his training, he learnt CCTV Installation, Computer Networking, Solar Installation and Security Electric Fencing.

Long before his time at Engausa, Muhammad had always been fascinated by electronics and invention. That curiosity pushed him to start experimenting on his own, teaching himself computer programming and building practical devices.
Now he has built an inverter board, rechargeable lamps, a 3-phase electricity device, an automatic changeover device and several other functional prototypes.
To deepen his expertise and maximise his potential, Muhammad is now studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the university. His journey reflects a blend of curiosity, commitment and the right environment to grow.

During the conversation, Engr. Ringim highlighted the key lesson in Muhammad’s story: the importance of following the path that aligns with one’s natural gifts, skills and talents. When a person leans into what comes naturally, he gains an advantage and positions himself for long-term success.
Muhammad’s story is one of many that show what becomes possible when natural talent is matched with the right skills and mentorship.
At Engausa Global Tech Hub, we are committed to providing young people with the technical training, guidance and environment they need to unlock their potential. Through practical learning, innovation and the use of local-language instruction, we continue to help learners strengthen their abilities and pursue careers that align with their gifts.
