In what was truly a special and memorable occasion, ENGAUSA HUB had the honour of receiving a distinguished delegation of Cadet Officers from the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna. The educational visit was led by Professor M. S. Abdussalam from the Department of Biotechnology and aimed at exposing the cadets to practical applications of digital innovation and entrepreneurship in the modern world.
Also in attendance was Salihi Iliyasu, the Head of Admin at the Technology Incubation Center (TIC), Kano, who played a key role in facilitating the visit.
Upon their arrival, the cadet officers were warmly welcomed by the management and team members of Engausa. The visit featured a guided tour of our various departments and tech units, including our Digital Literacy Skills section, Coding and Robotics labs, and our Entrepreneurial Development Hub.
The cadets were visibly inspired by what they saw a thriving environment where young minds are empowered with 21st-century digital skills, creativity is nurtured, and innovation is the driving force. Their visit highlighted a growing awareness and appreciation of technology-driven education among future Nigerian leaders in civil service and defense.
This historic visit is a strong testament to the fact that ENGAUSA HUB is gradually becoming a beacon of digital transformation and capacity building, not only in Northern Nigeria but across the country. The cadet officers’ presence serves as a reflection of how our mission and vision are resonating with various sectors of the nation, including institutions like the NDA.
